Your free demo arrives within 24 hours of asking. If you go ahead, your finished site is ready within 24 hours of approving your demo and sending your photos and details, on a Pagehus web address like yourplace.pagehus.com that you can open and check. Moving it to your own web address can take a little longer, because it depends on the company that runs your address and, if you already have one, a short session with me.

Only from what any guest can see online: your own public listings, such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Google Maps or your Instagram. Each demo is clearly marked as a demo concept, and we keep it out of Google search. We never invent facts, reviews or photos. If you'd rather we didn't show your place, tell us and it comes off within a day.

You pay nothing before your site is live on your own address and you've approved it. On launch day we send you one secure payment link from Stripe, a well-known payment company, and you add your card once. Founding places pay nothing until day 15; after the 3 founding spots, the €490 setup and your first €49 month are paid on launch day. After that, the €49 is taken each month automatically. If you'd like to pay another way, ask us.

If you're one of our 3 founding places, your first 14 days after launch are free. You add your card on launch day, and nothing is charged until day 15. If you're not happy, send one WhatsApp or email before then, no reason needed, and you pay nothing. If you stay, the 6-month minimum starts on day 15. In return, we ask for your honest feedback after 30 days and permission to show your site on pagehus.com.

Claim a founding spot

The demo is free, so you only go ahead if you like it. Before launch, you see a preview and send us one list of everything you'd like changed, and we make those changes. Founding places also get 14 days after launch: if you're not happy, tell us and you pay nothing. We take the site down, send back your photos and texts, and your web address stays yours.

After the 3 founding spots, it works like this: once you've seen your free demo and approved your final site, you pay the €490 setup and your first €49 month on launch day. The €490 is a one-off payment for building your site. The same 6-month minimum applies, counted from launch day, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice.

First we send you a friendly reminder. If a payment is still open after 14 days, we pause the site, and guests see a simple page with your phone number and email so they can still reach you. Once you've paid, we switch it back on. If it's still unpaid after 60 days, the site is removed. Your web address is never touched and stays yours.

A domain is your website's address, like yourplace.com, the part guests type in or tap on. Yes, you get your own. We register it in your name and look after it, and the yearly cost is included in your plan. If you don't have one yet, we suggest a few names and you pick.

Yes. We can use the address you already have, so guests keep finding you in the same place. I help you with it in a short session on your own phone or computer, in person or by screen share, and I never ask for your passwords in a message. If you have email on that address, we make sure it keeps working.

Email isn't part of the €49 plan today. If you already have email on your domain, it keeps working. If you'd like a new address like hello@yourplace.com, ask us and we'll tell you what fits your place.

Your site doesn't keep its own calendar. If you already use a booking page with a live calendar, the "Book direct" button takes guests straight to it. If you don't, guests ask you, and you confirm dates and prices yourself, as you do today. You choose whether the site shows prices, and changing them counts as a small edit.

Guests pay you directly, the same way you take payment today. Pagehus never handles your guests' money and doesn't take a cut of your bookings. The guest chat never takes payments either.

Yes. Most guests look on their phone, so we design for phones first. We check every site on a phone and on a computer before you see it.

Your site is built so Google can read it, and we help you add it to your Google Maps listing. Nobody can honestly promise a top spot on Google, and a new site can take a while to show up. A full setup of your Google Business Profile (your listing on Google Maps and Search) is extra, and we quote it first.

Your site is built in one main language, which you choose. The guest chat answers guests in their own language at no extra cost. If you'd like the whole site in more languages, we tell you the price first and you decide.

No, you never have to do it yourself. Send us a WhatsApp or email with what you'd like changed, and we do it. Small changes are included whenever you need them, like a new price, photo, text or opening hours. Bigger changes, like a new page, are quoted first.

Small changes are done within 2 working days of us knowing exactly what you want.

You don't need to watch it. We check your site around the clock, and we get an alert if it goes down. Fixing it is our job and is included in the plan. If you ever spot something wrong, send us a WhatsApp or email.

It answers guests' common questions any time of day or night, such as parking, breakfast or check-in times. It only uses the facts you've approved, and if it doesn't know, it says so and points the guest to you. It never confirms dates, makes up prices or takes bookings. Instead, it emails you the guest's booking request, with their permission. We test it before launch and check its answers regularly, so if something is wrong, we fix it.

Your site uses a secure connection (the little padlock in the browser), and the chat has spam protection. The chat only collects what you need to reply: name, dates, number of guests, contact details and the question, and only with the guest's permission. It never asks for card or passport details. Every site has a privacy notice, and our agreement with you covers how guest data is handled under GDPR, the EU's privacy rules.

Your domain is registered in your name, so your address is always yours, and your photos and texts are yours too.
